The Advanced WasteWater Treatment Facility is not a new location to Abandoned Dreams, but it is a spot I always seem to forget exists. It's not huge, and it's not super-photogenic, but it is local and a good default spot for when other plans fall though. We first visited the facility in 2008, then again in 2010. Not much has changed since then, but I still enjoy it.
